Hopes for an all-NC championship singles semi-finals ended when 2004 champion Bob Cherry lost to Carl Uhlman, and then defending champion Danny Huneycutt was eliminated by Rich Lamm. However, Cherry and Huneycutt are in the doubles final.

Paul Scott and Jeff Soo have advanced to the semi-finals. Tomorrow morning, Scott will face Jerry Stark while Soo plays Lamm.
