Paul Scott and Jeff Soo were undefeated in defense of their doubles title at the 2003 USCA International Rules Championships. Since joining up as a doubles team in 1999, Scott (Raleigh) and Soo (Chapel Hill) have reached the finals of all six national doubles events they have entered, winning five. They hold the record for most International-rules national doubles titles (2), most American-rules national doubles titles (3), most consecutive national doubles titles (4), and are the only pair to have won national titles in both American and International rules.
