Eileen Soo of Chapel Hill has added to North Carolina’s hoard of USCA national titles by winning the First Flight of the 2004 International Rules National Championships. In the final she beat Linville Ridge player Bill Denton 26-2. The tournament was played August 7–9 at Linville Ridge.

Soo has been on a roll this summer, winning four successive first flight events. She recently returned to tournament croquet after a hiatus of several years.
